Manual Lympatic Drainage, scar tissue work, and proper compression can make all the difference in esthetic outcome for the post-plastic surgery patient.
Plastic surgery procedures are planned well in advance, as should be your pre and post op MLD sessions.

Pre-book your post-op sessions when you are assigned your surgical date and receive a complimentary pre-op lymphatic drainage session. (pre-book a 6 session minimum)
Post Op sessions are customized to each persons unique anatomy and procedures.
Sessions include MLD, red light therapy, topical arnica application and custom cut foams if needed.
*BBL recovery sessions during the first 8 weeks post-op require longer session times.
Lymphedema is a chronic, but managable condition involving protien rich fluid accumulation in the tissues.
Lymphedema often develops as a result of treatment for cancer.
Lymphedema can also result from Chronic Venous Insufficiency, obesity, trauma, or from an inborn genetic predisposition.
A comprehensive management approach includes Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Compression Bandaging or Garmenting, skin care, exercise, weight management and daily self-care practices.
Treament may involve an intensive reduction phase, followed by a long-term management plan.

Massage can be SAFE and THERAPEUTIC during and after cancer treatment.
Oncology Massage is the adaptation of massage techniques to safely nurture the body of anyone affected by cancer and its treatments. Many cancer treatments require lifetime massage modifications.
Many patients who are undergoing a functional medical approach to cancer treatment are advised by their providers to seek out properly trained oncology massage and manual lymphatic drainage sessions as part of their overall wellness strategy.

Love Your Lymph Class
Love Your Lymph is an information packed, hands-on class designed to inspire student to actively create lymph health in their lives.
Students learn the fundamentals of lymph anatomy and physiology, how lymph can become challenged, and how to turn their lymph health picture around!
All students will learn to drain their own lymphatic system quickly and effectively. Participants will also receive a brief, hands-on demonstration from Michelle to experience the proper level of pressure to use on the body to maximize lymphatic flow.
Attendees go home armed with immediately usable information and reference materials to continue the Love Your Lymph experience daily!
